Can I return or refund my purchase?

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee because we truly believe in our Collagen Glow Shot - we use it ourselves!

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@iriselife.com, we’d love to understand what went wrong or how we can improve.
You may return your purchase and request a refund within 60 days from the date of transaction.

A full refund will be issued upon return of the remaining unconsumed items.
Please note:
•    Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
•    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
•    As results may take time, we encourage you to enjoy your Collagen Glow Shot consistently for at least 30 days before deciding.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been accepted and confirmed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.
Please review all order details carefully before proceeding with payment to avoid errors. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, so kindly double-check your shipping information before checkout.
